About Me

Hi Readers!

I’m Jillian Dolin, MPH, CHHC. With a Master’s Degree in Public Health and as a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners, I have a passion for all things health…and that includes supporting others in their quest to be their happiest, healthiest versions of themselves. I’m here to help you take care of your body and mind and to help our littlest generation do the same, because so much of what we do in childhood affects us for the rest of our lives.

I probably don’t need to tell you that we’re faced with a crisis now – a crisis of epic proportions. And it’s all just a little bit scary. We are exposed to harmful chemicals, antibiotics, and hormones on a daily basis from our food supply, products, and environment. Obesity rates are climbing, as are diagnoses of allergies, ADHD, autism and other disorders. Health care costs are through the roof. Information is coming at us from every angle. Stress levels are high. And if there’s one thing we need in life, it’s our health.

So join me in turning things around.

When we feel our best, we do our best.

Let’s get healthy, people!

Smiles,
Health Coach Jillian
